# Insights/Reports: Global

The Insights Global report, shows you all the data generated at the Business Unit level (Groups), so you can visualize, review and download the data of all your Organization's Sites.

 

**Follow these steps to access:**

1. Go to the **Insights** section

2. Select **Improvement Idea** report

3. Choose the timeframe (dates) you want to see

**Important notes: **

* Pick a specific day or a date range. after your selection is made, click on the new apply selection button to filter your report

* Select more options such as Tags, Site Groups, countries, and Tag Groups in the plus button

* E.g. To see the full organization, please remove all the filters

* E.g. To see all the Sites of a Site Group, please select the Site Group and remove the other filters

You can visualize the data by the following criteria: 


* Active Users: This is all users (all roles) participating in Revs created during the selected period.

* Revs Created: Shows you all the Quick Actions, Improvement Ideas, and Problem Solving Revs created during the selected period.

* Revs Completed: All the Revs are marked as completed during the selected period of time.

**Breakdown by localization**
shows you a total summary of Revs, Challenges, and Workouts by location with the number of active users, Revs created, and completed.
