Through two main interfaces— AI Chat and Improvement Assistant—Rever AI simplifies your workflows, enhances decision-making, and helps teams achieve meaningful results faster.

The Improvement Assistant supports teams throughout the lifecycle of a Rev (Quick Action, Improvement Idea, or Problem Solving). It provides smart recommendations and automations that reduce manual effort and help you progress efficiently.

Key Capabilities

• Rev Summarization: Automatically generates a concise summary of your Rev content, making it easier to grasp context quickly—especially when reviewing long or detailed entries.
• Rev Solution Suggestions: AI suggests potential solutions tailored to the problem described in your Rev. These recommendations help teams unblock progress, explore alternatives, and consider proven actions used across the organization.
• Rev Task Suggestions: Based on the description of the Rev, the AI proposes actionable steps you can add as tasks. This ensures complete and well-structured execution plans with minimal manual input.
• Idea-Match: Automatically identifies and displays similar Revs submitted by others across the company. This helps reduce duplicated work and encourages replication of successful solutions.
• One-click Translate: Translate comments, descriptions, or Rev inputs instantly. This allows global teams to collaborate seamlessly and understand each other’s contributions across different languages and sites.

While working inside a Rev, the AI menu appears as an embedded assistant. You can quickly:

• Create a Rev Summary: For Completed Revs
• Suggest Tasks for the Rev: For Completed Revs
• Suggest a Solution: For In Open/Progress Revs

This contextual support means you don’t need to leave your workflow to get help—the AI assists you on the spot.
