Reset my password

In case you don't remember your password, you can retrieve it from the mobile app or from the web. All you need is access to your login email address.

1. Type your email address
2. Click on "Reset"
3. Click on "Recover password"
4. Check your email (If you can't find the email, look it up in the Spam folder)
5. Set a new password

Web

1. Type your email address
2. Click on "Reset"
3. Finally, click on "Send instructions"
4. Check your email (If you can't find the email, look it up in the Spam folder)
5. Set a new password

Recover my password without having an email address

In case you don't have a corporate email, please contact us in our support chat, we can assist you to reset it.

Change my Password

Please follow these steps to change your password:

1. Go to your Profile
2. Select "Profile"
3. Click on "Edit Profile"
4. Select "Change password"

Mobile

1. Click on the main menu
2. Go to "Settings"
3. Select "Account"
4. Change your password
