In Rever, the most important role is the one you do by capturing all those ideas that help improve your company.
Rever provides different experiences depending on the role that has been assigned to you. Below you will find a brief description for each, allowing you to identify them within the platform and assign them accordingly:
Regular Users
Regular User
By having access to Rever, we are all Regular users; we can create Revs, participate in Challenges, be assigned to Routines and Findings, access the platform, search for information and content captured within the main sections, etc.
Permissions
Coach
The Coach is a guide or mentor for all Regular Users of your Site and will be able to help in the implementation of the Revs or Ideas generated; The author and the Coach should review the Rev until its implementation. This role is commonly assigned to Managers/Supervisors within your organization.
Impact Validator
The Impact Validator is the individual with finance or accounting responsibilities within the company that validates the impacts that the user has put in their Rev. Once the Coach implements the Rev, it goes to the Impact Validator so that the idea can be validated with the impacts captured.
Routine Manager
Individuals that are responsible for creating & editing Routines and Checklists in the platform for their assigned Site. The Routine Manager defines the "Routine Assignee(s)" who is the person to execute the Routines.
Admin Roles
Site Admin
The Site Administrator is responsible for analyzing data, downloading content reports, adding new users, and a platform administration at Site level.
Organization Admin
This administrator has access to the organization level with all the authorized settings. (Tag creation, Personalization, Categories, Situation Types, Currency, etc.)
