Uploading Images Issue [Microsoft Azure]
Uploading Images Issue [Microsoft Azure]
This article describes a simple solution for users that were previously able to upload pictures to Rever and no longer can.
If your company stores images in Microsoft Azure and you cannot upload images to Revs when you were previously able to, kindly log out of your Rever session and log back in.
The issue is that your Azure connection (token) expires after a certain period of time, yet your Rever session remains connected. In order to reestablish the connection, you need to log out and log in again. After this you will be able to upload images.
To validate that you have an authentication error before uploading your picture open the browser console to see the error. In Chrome, you can find it in More Tools > Developer Tools > Console.
Now try to upload the picture and take a look at the console, the error should look something like this. "403 (Server failed to authenticate the request.)... "
