Insights/Reports: Challenges
With the Challenges Report, you can review all the Challenges created in your organization, analyze, obtain specific data, identify areas of opportunity, etc. All the data have shown according to the filters and specific dates you select.
Follow these steps to access:
Go to the Insights section
Select Challenges report
Choose the timeframe (dates) you want to see
Select the location and filters for your report
Important notes:
Pick a specific day or a date range. after your selection is made, click on the new apply selection button to filter your report
Select more options such as Tags, Site Groups, countries, and Tag Groups in the plus button
E.g. To see the full organization, please remove all the filters
E.g. To see all the Sites of a Site Group, please select the Site Group and remove the other filtres
Active Challenges
All the information in this section is considered from active Challenges during the selected time period, regardless of when they were created, launched, or finished.
Four main points of information:
Active Challenges: Total of active Challenges during the selected period.
Challenges by category: Showing where your challenges are impacting your organization.
Breakdown by area: Understand how many challenges are active in each area and their trend compared to the previous period.
Challenges by Status: From all the active challenges of the period, this chart allows you to understand how many are in Progress and which ones have been completed.
Challenges Breakdown
From this section you can easily access the list of challenges that are active during the selected period. In the table you can sort by:
Name of the Challenge
Category
Number of Revs
Number of Users participating
Download the report
Improvement Ideas data is also available in an Excel export file; This report contains all the information on the Ideas generated in your organization during the selected period and location.
You can export this file and see all the information captured in these Revs, filter, play, and obtain the results you want
