Insights/Reports: Non-Validated Impacts

All the captured impacts on the Revs are in one place; The Non-Validated Impacts report shows you the information before being approved by the Impact Validators; that is, it shows the data the user has captured in each Rev that still needs to be authorized.



Follow these simple steps to get the information you want:

Choose the location filters for your report

Select the start and end date you want to view (Remember that all data information will be released within these dates)



Important notes:

Pick a specific day or a date range. after your selection is made, click on the new apply selection button to filter your report

Select more options such as Tags, Site Groups, countries, and Tag Groups in the plus button

E.g. To see the full organization, please remove all the filters

E.g. To see all the Sites of a Site Group, please select the Site Group and remove the other filtres

Non Validated Impacts

We will show you the total number of Revs (Quick Actions, Improvement Ideas, and Problem Solving), also captured by Metrics, Investment, and Categories. Presented in a straightforward way for a precise analysis.






Breakdown by Metric

Here you will see the total Revs with all the metrics selected for each Rev.






Breakdown by Investment

Here you will find the investment (Financial and/or Time) selected in the Revs created.





Breakdown by Category

The table shows the total Revs for each chosen category. The treemap visualization displays the categories as weighted rectangles, where the size of each rectangle is proportional to the value of the category it represents. This allows for a quick and intuitive understanding of the relative importance of each category in the overall dataset.





Download a report
You can export an Excel file containing a summary of the Non-Validated impacts in your organization during the selected period and location.
