Insights/Reports: Teams

View all the activity created by your Teams in one place. Review the information related to each of the Teams built on the platform, so you can take specific actions.

How to access it?

• Access the Insights section

• Select the Teams report

• Choose the Site and the Team

• Select the date range

**Important notes: **

• Pick a specific day or a date range. after your selection is made, click on the new apply selection button to filter your report

• Select more options such as Tags, Site Groups, countries, and Tag Groups in the plus button

• E.g. To see the full organization, please remove all the filters

• E.g. To see all the Sites of a Site Group, please select the Site Group and remove the other filtres

**Team Activity **

Find the activity of the Revs during the chosen period in the selected Team for the below Revs content created:

• Quick Action

• Improvement Idea

• Problem Solving

Note: The content shown is where each of the members participates but not necessarily together (not the same Rev), for example, if the Team has three users and they participate in different Revs but not together, all those Revs individually will be shown here, not necessarily all three are in the same Rev.

You will also find the Revs by Category and their Status shown in charts to understand the information better.

The estimated time in days to complete the different types of Revs created by any member of the Team:

• Hours to complete a Quick Action on average

• Days to complete an Improvement Idea on average

• Days to complete a Problem Solving on average

• Days on average to complete any type of Rev

Activity Breakdown

• Total Users in Teams

• Logged Users

• Active Users

Also, find a trend per user where you can review their profile directly if you prefer.
