Recognitions Section


View, manage and recognize your colleagues from this section created to increase participation in your organization.




Recognize your peers


Start by recognizing your colleagues. Do you have your message ready? Go to the _"Recognize someone" _section.


Recognize the progress and the individuals that are making it happen. The user will be notified by email and push notification about your recognition, and your post will be visible in this feed.


Web View



View and filter all Recognitions

Use the available filters to view the Recognitions of the entire organization or by a user (Given, Received, or All), as well as by a period of time.



  • Recognitions: List of all Recognitions
  • Most recognized: Top Users with more Recognitions received (Date selected)
  • Top recognizers: Top of the collaborators who give more recognitions (Date selected)



Your Recognitions Summary


Check the total number of recognitions you've given and received.



Edit or delete a Recognition


If you give a recognition, but you want to edit it, please go to your recognition and click on the main menu (Three vertical points)



Recognitions in Home section


Recognitions also appear in the Home section; located on the right side in the Activity Board, with direct access to give a Recognition and a summary with the most recent Recognitions




Recognitions in User Profiles


Each user within his profile has a summary with all his Recognitions. If you are visiting the profile of one of your colleagues, you can go to the Recognitions tab and see how many he has received, given, or which Recognitions he has, and you can even give one.



Recognitions in the Directory


Recognitions are also available in the Directory; when you search for your collaborators and click to view their information, you will find that you can directly give them a recognitionfrom their summary view and the total of their Recognitions given and received.



Take a look at the Mobile Version


Find Recognitions in the main creation button of the app.


  1. Click on the blue "+" button
  2. Select Recognitions
  3. Start recognizing your peers

You can also find Recognitions in the main menu of the app; just go to the main menu and select Recognitions; when you enter, you will find all the Recognitions of your colleagues, and in the upper right corner, you will see the "Create" button to grant one.



Recognitions at the Home section


We have put a quick access section to all recognitions created by your colleagues, you can view them and also start a new one.



Recognitions in the app's User Profile


Just like in the web, Recognitions are also available in from user profiles; you can visit the profile of your colleagues to see their Recognitions or give them new ones.
