Locate and review all colleagues and their details within your organization.


Find all your colleagues and collaborators within your organization with ease and efficiency.
Access a directory where you can conveniently locate users across different sites within your organization.
Accessible from the main menu of Rever, simply navigate to "Directory" to find this feature.


Allows all users no matter their role, to find all the collaborators (users), their information, and activity in the platform.

How does it work?

The directory displays all registered and active users in the organization
Default view are collaborators from your Site, having as an option a view of all users in the organization (Everywhere tab)
All users are presented in cards with their profile picture; if there is no profile photo, it will show the first and last name initials of the user; we recommend you always upload a profile picture
User Profile in web now has a preview. If you want to know more about their activity in detail, click on "View Profile"

Filters

Search bar to facilitate results, search by:
- Name or email
- Skills
- Job position
- Location and tags
Search terms are highlighted in results
They can be filtered by role type, activity relevance (how much we have interacted), A-Z, and Z-A

Find a User

Once you've located your collaborator or user, simply click on their card to open a new window displaying their key information, including personal details, participating teams, and location. To delve deeper into their profile, click on "View profile," which will lead you directly to their comprehensive activity overview in Revs, Routines, and more.
