Mentions: Why can't I find a person?
You are about to mention someone but can't find them? There are a couple of reasons why this could be happening:
The person is not a Rever user. Maybe this person is new in the company or their user has not been created yet. To verify this you can look them up in People. If you cannot find them here, then they should reach out to your Rever admin so they can create their user.
The person has never logged in. Mentions are only available for joined users so if the person you are trying to mention, has never logged in, then you can simply remind them to access so you can start to collaborate. To verify this, just search for them in People and if you find them, check their status. A created status means that their user exists but they have never logged in.
