Implementation

The Implementation is the approval that the coach assigned to your Rev grants once you, the author, or the members finalize the Rev. It is located in the Validation section, under the "Mark as implemented" button.

5S's

Choose one of the 5S standards when it describes creating a more efficient, effective, and safer work area to achieve greater productivity. You can choose from the following options:

Standardize - No standard available: Establish procedures for maintaining order and cleanliness to ensure safe working conditions.

Sustain - Broken Standard - Commit to maintaining current standards.

Safety Hazard

Select Security Hazard when your Quick Action is about a potential source of harm or danger, such as unsafe working conditions.

Low risk (Minor)

Medium risk (Norma)

High risk (Critical)

Safety Preventive Action

Equipment Abnormalities

Best used to help describe situations associated with Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).

Minor defects like contamination (ie: dust or slackness on chains)

Unfulfilled basic conditions (ie: damaged oil levels gauges)

Inaccessible places (to clean or operate)

Sources of contamination (ie: scrap or product leaks)

Quality defects (ie: abnormalities in filter mechanisms)

Unnecessary equipment (ie: unused machinery)

Unsafe condition or behavior (ie: cracking floors)

Operations

Lesson learned - Choose this option when you have acquired knowledge worth sharing with your team.

Quality Near Miss - Use this situation type when some of your products have an error that is detected before it reaches customers. As a result of this action, it is recommended to implement preventive or corrective actions.

Create Quick Actions using Offline mode

Sometimes the Wi-Fi connectivity is limited inside our sites. In Rever, you can create your Improvement Ideas or Quick Action Revs using our offline mode. Don't stop unleashing your creative potential!
Sign in while you are in an online mood; then, you can create your Rev while offline. When you go on offline mode, a message will appear letting you know that you are in this mode.

The Rev will be visible to your team when you are online again, and you have synchronized the content. The yellow circle will give you visibility of the loading process of your Rev. If the content is not loaded correctly, a red circle will appear; by clicking on this, you can try to upload your content again.
You must ensure your Rev's content synchronizes with the servers before logging out. Otherwise, the information will be lost.

Note: offline mode doesn't yet support likes, comments, shares, notes, profiles, and settings. Also, the creation of Challenges and Problem Solving Revs.
