Rever Translate (Beta Program)

Translate Rev content into different languages. Build a global repository of learnings and best practices by tapping into the experience of all employees around the world in case your Organization is using Rever on different Sites. Enable, and accelerate collaboration among individuals and teams across borders.

How does it work?

To join our Beta Program, please contact your Customer Success Manager to find out more and join our Beta Program.

• The translation is available for the entire Organization, all the Sites

• It works for all type of Revs: Improvement Idea, Quick Action, Problem Solving

• When Rever detects that your language selection is different from the content, Rever will offer the option to translate.

• When translated, the content will appear in the new target language. You can always revert back to the source language anytime.

How to do it?

Web

1. Click on the Translate option at the top message in your Rev, or select the translate icon on the Rev menu; automatically, all the content captured will be translated to your language. Captured comments can be translated separately

Mobile

1. Open the Rev you want to translate

2. Click on the main menu of the Rev (Top right corner)

3. Select Translate

Comments (Quick Actions, Improvement Ideas, and Challenges)

Comments should be translated separately

1. Click on the main menu of the Rev (Top right corner) and choose "Comments"

2. Select "Translate" on the comment you want to translate it

3. Automatically, all the content captured will be translated to your language
