Available for all your Revs (Improvement Idea, Quick Actions, and Problem Solving)
Status Types
Open: This status is created and assigned by default when you create your Rev. Your idea is open; it indicates that there is data to be captured or pending to be registered. You can continue editing your Rev
In Progress: It refers to the fact that your idea already has advanced and is in the process of being completed; you can continue adding data and complementing it
Completed: Here, the Rev has been finished; within the stages of "Expand/Adjust" for Improvement Ideas, "After" for Corrections, and "Improve/Control" for Problem Solving, there is a button that you must check once your data has been captured in your Rev. Once activated goes to "Completed" status or you can select the status menu and change to Completed.
On Hold: If you think your Rev needs a pause and will take more time than necessary, you can mark it in this option so that you can collect the required pending information and others can review it. You can leave a comment about the reason for the status
Canceled: This status refers to the fact that the Rev was unsuccessful and learning for the team. Remember that all ideas are valuable, and everyone learns something from them. You can leave a comment so that others are aware of the reason for the status
